		<description>Having done it all (nearly) over the last 40 years, three things were finally valuable:
1. Don't pass up on serendipity. (The chances)
2. Regret nothing (Just don't do stupid things)
3. Divide your time. 50/50 work and play.
Only the third one can be difficult for some - but in your case ...... your work and work ethic is very impressive. You can do it. 
Hint: Only "contract" for fixed amounts, NEVER a rate.
Finally, clever tax planning means working more than 6 months in a year is not necessary. Money isn't everything - life's memories are.</description>
