I'm all for it. I must admit that a lot of the times I would find an app like a game especially, and then do another search for that application to see if a free version came up in the search results as well. There's at least one app (Store-Extend) that attempts to do this by pointing out a lite version if it exists, but it doesn't always work. Plus, you have to launch to the app store from this app, adding another whole step. I like it because it has a favorites list that I use as a wishlist, but these things should be built into the app store in the first place. Great idea.
