Adding PDFs or other files to read later

Often there may be things that people want to read later that are not accessible by a URL, for example a PDF file or presentation sent from a colleague or article from an email mailing list. In such chases someone may want to upload a file or copy text. Currently I use Evernote for this, but it might be something RIL users may find useful.
