Automatically remove items over a set numbers of days old

This is a great idea. Thank you.
It would be nice if I could set it so that every so often, Read It Later would ask me if I'm bored and would like to read a saved article.
It would also be nice if it could be set to automatically remove articles that are over a certain number of days old.

No it's not, because there is no delete or markasread function in the API.

You can mark pages as read using the send method:
