Crash on startup

I am experiencing a startup crash on the IPad with version 2.2.1 (Pro) when the dowload of documents starts (after log in). I tried Method 1 and Method 2 without any success. Could you please advise?

    Hey Johann,

    If you start the device in airplane mode and then open the app does it still crash?

    Thanks for your help. In airplane mode, the app does not crash but only shows the login page. And since I'm offline I cannot log in...    Private comment hidden
