Reminders
I sometimes forget that I have some sites in my Read It Later-list and then when I remember to check those out, there's already 50 sites to read or more.
I think that reminders are best solution for this, there's two options to make this possible: to use Firefox alert box thing (do you know what I mean?) or email to remind. You can set a day (Mon to Sun or date) when you want to remind and option to repeat reminders every week ect. Maybe in emails can be a list of unreaded sites.
I love to see this in real :)
